Job 23:1-9 NLT
Then Job spoke again: “My complaint today is still a bitter one, and I try hard not
to groan aloud. If only I knew where to find God, I would go to his court. I would
lay out my case and present my arguments. Then I would listen to his reply and
understand what he says to me. Would he use his great power to argue with
me? No, he would give me a fair hearing. Honest people can reason with him, so I
would be forever acquitted by my judge. I go east, but he is not there. I go west,
but I cannot find him. I do not see him in the north, for he is hidden. I look to the
south, but he is concealed.

God Spoke & Everything Carries the Frequency of His Voice
Ephesians 4:5-6 NLT
There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over
all, in all, and living through all.
Colossians 1:15-17 NLT
Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was
created and is supreme over all creation, for through him God created
everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in
the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him. He existed
before anything else, and he holds all creation together.
Things to Understand When God is Silent: He’s Preparing You for His Will
Luke 2:46-52 NIV
After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the
teachers, listening to them, and asking them questions. Everyone who heard him
was amazed at his understanding and his answers. When his parents saw him,
they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like
this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.” “Why were you
searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?”
But they did not understand what he was saying to them. Then he went down to
Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all
these things in her heart. And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor
with God and man.
Things to Understand When God is Silent: He’s Fighting Unseen Battles for You
Daniel 10:12-13 NIV
Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your
mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words
were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian
kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes,
came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia.
Daniel 10:20-21 NIV
So, he said, “Do you know why I have come to you? Soon I will return to fight
against the prince of Persia, and when I go, the prince of Greece will come; but
first I will tell you what is written in the Book of Truth. (No one supports me
against them except Michael, your prince.

He’s Bringing Greater Revelation of Himself
John 11:21-27,32 NIV
“Lord,” Martha said to Jesus, “if you had been here, my brother would not have
died. But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask.” Jesus said
to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha answered, “I know he will rise again
in the resurrection at the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and
the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever
lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” “Yes, Lord,” she
replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into
the world.” When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she
fell at his feet and said, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have
died.”

He’s Waiting for You to Examine Your Heart
Psalms 66:18-20 NLT
If I had not confessed the sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. But
God did listen! He paid attention to my prayer. Praise God, who did not ignore
my prayer or withdraw his unfailing love from me.
