SYMBIS stands for “Saving your Marriage Before it Starts”, a program created by Drs Les and Leslie Parrott to prepare engaged couples for the joys and challenges of marriage. Our desire, in partnership with this program, is to help you build a solid foundation for your marriage through God’s Word and important conversations.
We have several campuses with locations. We encourage you to speak with your Care Director about venues at the Church if this is your desire.
Yes. You must go through SYMBIS to be married by a Bayside pastor.
Yes, Bayside offers help planning memorials. It is our desire to walk alongside you and resource you during this difficult time.

We also offer a Griefshare Support Group for those who are grieving. During the holidays, we offer a special class called Surviving the Holidays for those facing the holidays without a loved one. Lastly, we offer people community resources like Tidewell Hospice, Robert Toale and Sons Grief Library, etc.
No, we do not offer professional counseling. However, we are in partnership with many professional counselors in the community and will be happy to connect you with one.
Our groups cover specific topics and help people find healing. They provide a safe and confidential community where people can connect and find healing.
No! In fact, our support groups are often attended by others in the community. Please join us!
Though not guaranteed, we try hard to provide childcare for any group that meets on campus.
