• Nothing is too hard for God

Jeremiah 32:17 NIV - ¹⁷ “Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.

• No one can stop God’s plans

Job 42:2 NIV - “I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted.”

• He made all things and all things serve him

Psalm 119:91 NIV - “Your laws endure to this day, for all things serve you.”

• He does whatever he pleases

Psalm 115:3 NIV - “Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.”

• He cannot deny Himself

2 Timothy 2:13 NKJV - If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.

• He cannot lie

Titus 1:2 NIV - ² in the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time…

• He cannot be tempted by evil

James 1:13 NIV - ¹³ When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone…

Numbers 23:19 NIV - God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?

2. The Dimension of His Ability

• He is ABLE to Save Completely

Hebrews 7:25 NIV - ²⁵ Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.

• He is ABLE to help them that are tempted

Hebrews 2:18 NIV - ¹⁸ Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

• He is ABLE to bring all things under His control

Phil 3:21 NLT - ²¹ He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control.

• He is ABLE to deliver from the fires of life

Daniel 3:17 NIV - ¹⁷ If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand.

• He is ABLE to build us up

Acts 20:32 NIV - ³² “Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

• He is ABLE to do above all we ask or think

• He is ABLE to heal and deliver

Acts 10:38 NLT - ³⁸ And you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.
