Luke 22:1-13 NIV Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is called the Passover, was approaching. ² The chief priests and the scribes were seeking how they might put Him to death; for they were afraid of the people… …^. Then came the first day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. ⁸ And Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover for us, so that we may eat it.” 

 Exodus 12 NIV ⁵ Your lamb shall be an unblemished male a year old; you may take it from the sheep or from the goats…⁷ Moreover, they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it. ⁸ They shall eat the flesh that same night, roasted with fire, and they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs……  ¹² For I will go through the land of Egypt on that night and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments—I am the Lord. ¹³ The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.

1 Corinthians 11:23-30 NASB  For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which He was betrayed took bread; ²⁴ and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” ²⁵ In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” ²⁶ For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.

Luke 22:19 NASB ¹⁹ 

And when He had taken some bread and given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

 ²⁰ And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.
