Bayside Groups exist to help you find community at Bayside Community Church! We believe God created us to live in meaningful relationships with others, and we were never made to do life alone. Bayside Groups exist to make life-changing relationships relevant and accessible to you.
Bayside Groups are small groups of people who gather together to deepen their relationship with Jesus and one another. Groups meet on a recurring basis during the spring, summer and fall semesters to share, study and support one another.
Most groups are “sermon-based” groups that discuss the previous weekend’s message and how it can be applied to your daily life! Each session, there will be a series of questions to help you dig deeper.

Matthew 9:37-38 (NIV) says, "Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.'"
The purpose of a group leader is to reach people for Christ in His harvest field! If you have a heart for Bayside and feel called to reach people through creating environments where people can find community and grow in their next steps, then leading a group might be your next step.
