Bradenton Dream Center
After-School Program

Through the generosity and support of Kingdom Builders, we planted seeds of faith, hope, and love to the students and families that we serve through our After-School Program. This allowed us to provide physical, academic, and spiritual support to students and their families. This was expressed through daily transportation, meals, physical fitness activities, academic support and life-changing experiences that students and families will never forget.

  • 117 students from 2 schools were enrolled in the Bradenton Dream Center After-School Program.

    • Ballard Elementary reported a 13% increase in reading scores and increased their school grade from a “C” to a “B”.  School attendance rates also increased by 2%, enabling more children to receive educational instruction on a regular basis.

    • G.D. Rogers Garden-Bullock Elementary reported a decrease in the amount of discipline referrals for defiance and aggression by 27%.

  • In May 2024, 17 students and 1 parent served through the after-school program professed their faith in Jesus Christ and got baptized at the end of the year party.

  • Annual Christmas Dreamland event was held for parents and children, serving, 150 students and 50 families. Throughout the event, we served 400 meals and provided over 1000 toys and 75 pairs of shoes. In the days following this event, the Bradenton Dream Center distributed additional food supplies for families to use over winter break, enabling them to have adequate meals for the holidays.

Bradenton Dream Center Story

Shared by Sonya Rivera, Program Director

“In the days following the Christmas Dreamland event, we were able to give out meat and food to Bradenton Dream Center families for them to use for their families over winter break. One mom was in tears when she found out that we were giving out food. She didn’t know how she was going to make it, as all she had to cook was rice and peas. She said a prayer before coming into the Dream Center and just asked God to help her. When she saw the coolers full of steaks, pork chops and ground beef, she was in tears, gave us a huge hug, and shared that she had just prayed because she didn’t know what to do. Since that day she has been reminded that God always provides and she has also been reminded of His love.”

Bayside College Testimonies

“God truly has used Bayside College to change my life. We signed up to attend Bayside College’s preview day, and as I drove up, I already had a list of reasons why not to go. As I walked through preview day, the list of reasons why I didn't want to go became all the reasons why I wanted to come. I walked into Bayside College at 19 years old, only knowing God and being in relationship with Him for 10 months. I was intimidated because I didn't know anyone, self-conscious because it felt like everyone knew more than me, and just scared of believing lies about myself. Through all of this, I heard the Lord continually speak so clearly to me just to lean in. Now I am 22 years old, I've known God for 4 years, and just recently graduated. As I write this and remember where I was compared to where I am now, I'm filled with so much joy and thankfulness beyond expression. I have been shown a different perspective of life through Bayside College and will forever be thankful and look back on what God has done in my life.”
-Jesse

“I have made some of the sweetest friendships in this program in a very short time while doing life together and seeing the Lord work throughout our lives in this season. Everything happens for a reason and on God’s timing. Coming to Bayside College has proven to be an even bigger blessing than I could have ever expected. I was going through the motions of life feeling distant from people and God. Bayside College taught me to live and find joy in the Lord, to have faith-centered friendships, and how to be a Christ-centered leader.”
-Lilliana

$250,942 supported those affected by disasters, including relief for flooding in Rio Grande de Sul in Southern Brazil, tornado damage in Tennessee, as well as relief support for Hurricane Debby, Helene and Milton.

Strategic Partnerships

Bayside has five strategic partnerships where we assist with finances and leadership training, and in some cases, send a short-term missions team. Through each of these partner relationships, we empower people with the resources they need to reach those in their country for Jesus.

Israel

Through King of Kings Ministries, we were able to reach more than 1,500 people across 20 campus locations, resulting in145 decisions for Christ  and 125 baptisms. Amidst the ongoing war in Israel, our partners have continued to provide crucial support.  Relief efforts include serving 800 families through 3 distribution centers, completing 145 relief projects as well as feeding 10,000+ people through 3 soup kitchens. Despite these challenges, our partner has planted 2 new campuses in 2024.

Zimbabwe

Through Celebration Church in Cowdray Park, we were able to reach 22,361 people, resulting in106 decisions for Christ and 140 baptisms. Additional care and support was provided to 808 families throughout that region.

Ireland

Through our partner Lighthouse Church, their average weekly attendance increased by 23% across 3 campuses. Throughout the year, this partner led306 to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  Kingdom Builders have supported this partner by helping to fund new campus launches, equipment for services, outreach initiatives, and various ministry projects. We also have helped with training and resourcing for staff and volunteers.

Cuba

Through Nueva Vida Church (New Life Church), 365 people have completed the Freedom curriculum and422 people were baptized. Attendees also received medical support, as well as nutrition and feeding support.

Nepal

Through Gospel Assembly of Nepal,2000 women and children across their campus locations were rescued from human trafficking.  Additionally, because of Kingdom Builders’ support, the new 3700 square foot safe house will shelter up to 20 women and children at any given time. The house is not only a safe haven, but a place to receive care & counseling as the individuals transition back to their lives. The safe house will open in early 2025.

Other Missions Highlights

  • The Cuba Dream Center opened in November 2024. This center will bring compassion, medical resources, and discipleship, serving the 1 million people who live within 5 miles of the Dream Center.
